COLLEGE EXAM OFFICER

We at JSPM's Rajarshi Shahu College of Pharmacy and Research in Pune (affiliated with Savitribai Phule Pune University) acknowledge the need for radical reforms in traditional examination and assessment systems and are working to establish a credible, valid, effective, and transparent evaluation system.

• Develop, execute, and monitor strategies and implementation of useful examination practices at colleges.

• Online examination form filling will help generate student summaries and Hall Tickets, saving time and eliminating errors.

• Create question banks for various subjects and courses to simplify random question paper selection.

• Mapping of question paper with CO & PO to improve assessment, encourage active learning.

• Inform and train teaching and non-teaching faculty members on the administration and organization of examinations and examination resources.

• Strengthen Examination Grievance Redressal Committee (EGRC) for prompt response and delivery of student queries.

• Coordinate with SPPU and other higher and regulatory agencies to ensure the examination system's legitimacy and stability.
