Industrial Visit of M. Pharm Students to ACG Associated Capsules Pvt Ltd
Industrial visit for M. Pharm students was organized at ACG Associated Capsules Pvt Ltd (ACPL), Shirwal, Satara on 18/01/2019. ACG Associated Capsules, a member of ACG Worldwide, is ranked amongst the largest producers of pharmaceutical empty hard gelatin capsules in the world. 41 M.Pharm students along with faculty members Dr. Atul S. Sayre and Dr. Prashant D. Ghode visited capsule manufacturing facility of the ACG ACPL. Students got the opportunity to see actual fabrication of the pharmaceutical equipments like fluidized bed dryers and tablet coaters, students also visited the manufaturing facility of the pharmaceutical packaging materials. In ACG metal craft Pvt. Ltd. students had seen the actaul fabrication of the metal part for various pharmaceutical machines such as dies and punches for tablet compression machine and pin bars of capsule manufacturing machines.
