Life Skill Training at Rubicon Skill Development Pvt. Ltd
13 Final Year B. Pharm students visited to Barclays office at Hinjewadi, Pune along with Prof. Yogesh Wagh, Assistant Professor, RSCOPR. Life Skills training was conducted by Barclays personnel where in students were trained about Organizational Structure, Public Speaking, Presentation Skills, E-mail Etiquette, Grooming, Group Discussion, and Personal Interview. Student assessment was conducted through Group Discussion and Personal Interview. The students interacted with corporate trainers of Barclays and got their queries answered on career options and career growth as well as the latest trends in the industry. This training would benefit students in securing bright career.
