NSS Activity: ‘International Women's Day Celebration
Rajarshi Shahu College of Pharmacy and Research (RSCOPR), celebrated ‘International Womens’ Day’ on 8th March 2022.
On International Womens’ Day, Institute organized poem reciting competition. The theme was ‘Break the Bias’.
Chief Guest, Mrs. Priyanka Singh, Principal, Jayawant Institute of Management Studies discussed the role of women’s in family and society to deliver best professional services. She told how to tackle the problems raised in women’s life, what situations/ problems today’s young women faces and how to empower women to minimize the same. All Teaching and Non teaching ladies staff were felicitated during the programme. Girl students recited enthusiastic poems on women. Ms. Shraddha Pawar,from T. Y. B. Pharm was the winner of competition.
The activity was coordinated by Mrs. Minal Solanki and Mrs. Ashwini Yadav, Pharmaceutics Dept. and vote of thanks was proposed by Mrs. Sandhya Jain, Asst. Professor, Pharmaceutical Chemistry Dept.
