Stress management
JSPM's Rajarshi Shahu College of Pharmacy and Research, Tathawade, Pune organized Guest lecture on 19th January 2023. Topic was ‘Stress Management’ Coordinator of program was Prof. Minal Solanki (Pharmaceutics Department of JSPM's RSCOPR).
The speaker was Dr. Rajendra More, Founder Chairman: Oasis Counselors, Pune. Principal, Dr. K. R. Khandelwal felicitated the Guest. Speaker has given valuable information about 4D’s of life. He guided on conscious and subconscious mind. He told if you are living with high stress, you are putting your entire life at risk. He has given tricks on how to control anger and stress. He guided on how to live happier and healthier life. Students and Faculties of Institute were present for lecture. The lecture was very informative and all queries of students were solved.
