JSPM's RajarshiShahu College of Pharmacy and Research, Tathawade, Pune organized Guest lecture on 19th January 2023. Topic was ‘Stress Management’ The speaker was Dr. Rajendra More, Founder Chairman: Oasis Counselors, Pune. Speaker has given valuable information about 4D’s of life. He guided on conscious and subconscious mind. He told if you are living with high stress, you are putting your entire life at risk. He has given tricks on how to control anger and stress. He also told how to live happier and healthier life. Students and Faculties of Institute were present for lecture. The lecture was very informative and all queries of students were solved.
